TAVIYO sells a booking service: adults in India discover, book and pay for shared local activities such as sports, treks, study sessions and city walks. No physical goods are sold and nothing is shipped or delivered.

Support hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00–19:00 IST. We acknowledge every message within 24 hours on working days and aim to resolve ordinary support and billing questions within 3 working days.

For a payment, refund or booking-amount question, write to us with your account email, the booking reference and the payment reference shown in the app. Refund decisions and timelines follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Never share your password, full card number, CVV or OTP with us or with anyone claiming to be from TAVIYO.

If you already have an account, use Settings → Help & Support inside the app. It attaches your account and booking details automatically, which is the fastest route to an answer.

For immediate danger in India, call 112 or the relevant emergency service first. TAVIYO's reporting tools are not an emergency service and are not monitored around the clock.

To report a member, a listing or something that happened during an activity, use the report option in the app or email us with as much detail as you can.
